Paradigm Precision was founded in 2007 with the acquisitions of Smith West, Inc. with locations in Arizona and Mexico, Palmer Manufacturing Co. based in Massachusetts, and Eurocast, Inc. located in Tunis, Tunisia. In September of 2008 the company acquired TM Industries based in Connecticut.
With 330,000 sq. ft. and over 550 people at six locations in three countries, Paradigm is your source for excellence in quality and service for complex machined parts ranging from 2” to 240” in diameter.

We are filled with optimism as the economy and our core markets recover from the recession. Paradigm weathered the storm and is well positioned to grow by capitalizing on our improved leaner and more productive facilities. Our focus remains on existing and new customers within our core markets of aerospace, power generation and marine.
Paradigm increased market share in new engine platforms that will fuel our growth for years to come. Also, since acquiring TM Industries (now known as Paradigm Precision Berlin Operations), our capabilities extend to 240" diameter parts expanding our market reach deeper into the power generation and marine markets.
We also invested in more engineering resources and several new capital investments that best support our growth platforms. We offer our customers maximum flexibility with our 4 domestic plants in MA, CT and AZ, our Mexican facility and our Tunisian facility. Our ability to move parts from one Paradigm location to another also drives our business model and maximizes our value proposition.
